Manila, Philippines, June 13th, 2019 – Representatives of the most prominent shipping companies joined us yesterday for the grand opening of our ME-C Electronic Engine Training site.

Our training branch, Veritas, opened a brand-new training facility in Malate, Manila, equipped with a state-of-the-art ME-C Engine Control Room and exhaust valve workshop. All equipment is genuine, manufactured in Japan, while the instructors working for this project were trained by Mitsui. The courses that are now available through our new training facility are:
1. ME-C Generic Familiarization (2 days)
2. ME-C Standard Operation (5 days)
3. ME-C Advanced Troubleshooting (5 days)
4. ME-C Electrician (4 days)

The event was attended by a significant number of representatives from the shipping industry, including Angelicoussis Group, Equinox Maritime, Hydroussa Navigation, CMA GCM and more. The ME-C instructors of Veritas presented the equipment, training program and classrooms, while Mr. Cenon Poblador, Director of Veritas Maritime Training Center, and Mr. Gregory Galanakis, President of Epsilon Hellas (overseas) Ltd. also addressed the audience. The event was concluded with a cocktail reception.
